The lightening flashed and lit up the dark sky for miles and miles as I waited in silence for the thunder. The reflection off the infinity pool shone wildly with each passing flash, as if posing for life's camera, knowing how beautiful it was. The trees slowly swayed in the distance, showing the power of their mighty limbs.
Inside the glass doors, I sat calmly at the kitchen table, admiring the height and openness of the classy, elegant kitchen made for entertaining. The long, granite bar top with 8 white, leather stools, the 3 dishwashers, the stately, brown cabinets stretching high and the catering bar behind me all tastefully complete in a welcoming fashion. Nothing overdone but simply perfect and peaceful.
The storm rolled in quickly in stark contrast to when we first arrived to this glorious, gated home that sunny, Spring afternoon. Admiring the vast farmland on my way here, I was pleasantly surprised when I turned onto the private drive winding up the hill surrounded by black fencing, rolling pastures and beautiful established trees full of life. Carefully pulling around the circular drive, my heart stopped for one breathless moment as I allowed myself to take in the green, Tennessee hills as far as my eyes could see. Miles and miles of pristine pastures, horses and lush trees welcomed me with the warm rays of sun and fresh country air. This is a place I long to stay. A welcome reprieve from the hectic world beyond the distance. This is a private sanctuary.
We were honored to list this incredible home, just 15 min from downtown Franklin and 30 minutes outside Nashville. The finest guests have stayed here and none left lacking for anything but only yearning to stay for even a few minutes longer. From the private guest suites, each with its own bath, to the workout room with steam shower and sauna, the master suite with private balcony and sitting area and a master closet big enough to be another master suite in itself, nothing has been overlooked. The grand kitchen, the basketball court in the finished basement, the temperature controlled wine cellar as well as the outdoor kitchen area surrounding the infinity pool are perfectly designed. From the second floor guest suites, we admired the views from every room. Walking out on the upstairs balcony, we were highly impressed with the solar panels on the roof making this home energy efficient as well.

Why We Love It
